Position: Sr. Life Science/Pharma Recruiter

Permanent Internal Position

Location: Home Office – Berkeley Heights, NJ – Hybrid Schedule Home/Office – Remote is possible for the right candidate

Pay: Base Salary (Based on experience + commission/bonus structure)

 

Looking for candidates who will thrive in a highly successful agency environment:

  • At least 5 years of full life cycle recruiting experience for contract positions
  • Preferred – Specialization within Pharma/Life Sciences industry, specifically within R&D, Supply Chain, Clinical or Commercial business domains (non-IT, non-Sales)

Now is an exceptionally exciting time to join this company as the new role of Senior Life Science/Pharma Recruiter

 

Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify potential candidates utilizing job boards, social media, networking, internal databases, referrals, job fairs, and other creative sourcing techniques
  • Conduct phone screenings, in-person interviews, and skill assessments in order to evaluate technical competence and soft skills
  • Communicate and promote the company branding, reputation, and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity
  • Present contract and permanent opportunities to qualified applicants
  • Negotiate contract and terms of employment including salaries
  • Conduct reference and background checks
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with employees, candidates, and clients
  • Build and maintain pipelines of talent resources for future and ongoing needs

 

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of full life cycle recruiting experience
  • Recent Experience within Pharma/Life Sciences industry, specifically within R&D, Supply Chain, Clinical or Commercial business domains (non-IT)
  • Proven prior success and networking capabilities
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, team environment
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a high sense of urgency and professionalism
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with talent resources and clients
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
