Our client is looking for a REVIT DRAFTER for their architectural firm in Valdosta, Georgia. Our client is looking for someone who loves drawings and has Revit Experience.
Job Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Revit, including creation and management of Revit software and tools, minimum of 3 years of experience
- Must be experienced in 3D modeling and creation of photorealistic renderings
- Must be experienced in the use of AutoCAD Architectural Desktop
- Creation of architectural construction documents, including coordination of all engineering disciplines
- Review of construction submittals & shop drawings
- Creation of architectural specifications
- Research of and compliance with current building and life safety codes
Job Responsibilities:
- Production of construction documents for projects from start to completion
- Participate in meetings with clients and project stakeholders
- Coordination of various engineers related to each project, including coordination and redlining of their documents for corrections
- Research and review of current building and life safety codes
- Creation of schematic, design development and construction documents using Revit
- Creation of architectural specifications
- 3D modeling
- Construction administration to include review of submittals and shop drawings, and RFI’s

Additional Notes:
- $70,000 to $80,000 a year
