Summary:  Conducts and directs overall recruiting activities for all bus driving and bus maintenance staffing needs of Peter Pan Bus Lines and its associated divisions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Schedule, plan and execute the overall strategy for recruiting Motor coach Operators and other open positions as needed
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/social media/Internet Hiring sites/etc.
  • Execute branding of motor coach operator position for increased hiring visibility.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, hiring seminars, etc.
  • Attend recruiting events local to the each division.
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews.
  • Perform pre-employment background checks.
  • Coordinate DOT pre-employment physicals and drug tests.
  • Track and communicate hiring and staff needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • None

Other requirements:

  • Travel is required.
  • Some work can be performed remotely
