Summary: Conducts and directs overall recruiting activities for all bus driving and bus maintenance staffing needs of Peter Pan Bus Lines and its associated divisions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedule, plan and execute the overall strategy for recruiting Motor coach Operators and other open positions as needed
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/social media/Internet Hiring sites/etc.
- Execute branding of motor coach operator position for increased hiring visibility.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, hiring seminars, etc.
- Attend recruiting events local to the each division.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews.
- Perform pre-employment background checks.
- Coordinate DOT pre-employment physicals and drug tests.
- Track and communicate hiring and staff needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Other requirements:
- Travel is required.
- Some work can be performed remotely
