Job Description

Coordinate and inspect product, document results, and notify appropriate personnel with action items as to the inspection status of product in the Quality Control Lab.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct incoming audits of raw material, purchased parts and finished parts according to documented procedures.

• Conduct Shipping Audits in a timely manner according to documented procedures or work instructions.

• Conduct First Piece inspection according to documented procedures or work instructions.
•  
•  
•  
•  
•  
• Assist in the preparation of PPAP activities as directed by the Quality Assurance Engineering Supervisor.
•

•  
• Communicate with various levels of management as required.
•  
•  
•  
•  
•  
• Assist with special projects within the Quality Department.
•  
•

•  
•  
•  
•  
•  
•  
•  
•  

Qualifications:

• Highly organized person familiar with a fast paced manufacturing environment.
•

•  
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle multiple priorities is necessary.
•

• Must be able to interpret blueprints and conduct inspection of product using various measurement tools.
•  
•  
•  
•  
•  
• Should have at least five years’ experience as an inspector in a similar environment.
•  
•  
•  
•  
•  
• Must be proficient in various computer applications.
•  
•  
•  
•  
•  
• OGP and CMM experience is preferred.
•  
•  
•  
•  
•  
• US Citizen or Green Card holders only.
