Pharma Collaboration Project Associate

Global Molecular Imaging company has a brand new opportunity for a Project Associate with Pharmaceutical collaboration experience.  Company offers an excellent compensation and benefits package.

Key areas of responsibility:

Responsible for supporting collaborative projects with pharma and imaging research organizations (CROs) in neurology and cardiology that align with Company’s goals and objectives. Will work in a cross-functional team environment to ensure contracted projects and associated activities are completed on time. Will support the execution and operational management of clinical study setups. Will provide administrative support, supply requested reports, arrange meetings, respond to inquiries and assist with optimizing current processes.

Principal duties

  • Work with team to ensure contracted projects and associated activities are completed within deadlines
  • Support execution and operational management of clinical study setup for tracer use in pharma clinical trials with global supply chain including imaging site onboarding
  • Organize team meetings with external customers, provide weekly or as-needed reports on project activities
  • Monitor and maintain trackers for delivered tracer doses and site lists as needed in collaboration with internal operational team
  • Respond timely to partner inquiries and concerns
  • Participate in optimization of current processes and tracking systems.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related Scientific discipline.
  • 2+ years in pharmaceutical company or academic environment with familiarity with diagnostic molecular imaging and clinical trial designs and operations
  • Understanding of Alzheimer’s disease or related neurodegenerative disorders
  • Good knowledge of CFR 21 Part 212 GMP guidelines and regulatory standards
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
  • Effective communication and solid project management skills
