INSIDE SALES SUPERVISOR – North Andover MA  Monday – Friday 11 AM – 8 PM

Our brands provide solutions with power distribution, surge protection, RF, cables, transceivers, connectors, and antenna solutions. Infinite serves various markets including telecommunication, commercial, industrial, military, energy, MSO, and datacenters just to name a few.

Position Description: Lead a team of representatives to achieve and surpass sales targets through quote & order processing, telemarketing, direct mail follow up, email and chat support and web-based sales strategies. This individual will be a key driver of an organizational shift from a Customer Service environment to a proactive sales environment. Must possess confidence, high integrity, and have the ability to attract, lead, and drive change in a team of experienced professionals. Must have a solid history of results in driving a successful inside sales team and leading a culture of customer-focused excellence in a technology related field. Electronics distribution and/or direct marketing experience strongly preferred. General Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Interact daily with the Sales and Service Manger to calibrate team performance
  • Develop, coach, retain and manage performance of sales team

 

  • Weekly cadence of KPI review and feedback to the Sales Manager of team performance

 

  • Set clear expectations, provide required tools and training, deliver feedback and coaching, and drive strong and consistent accountability

 

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the team to exceed expectations

 

  • Interact in a hybrid work environment daily to provide hands-on ‘in-the-moment’ coaching, and hold regular coaching and one on one sessions with each team member

 

  • Develop individuals to support future company growth

 

  • Review work of team members to determine areas of improvement and identify new best practices

 

  • Act as the Sales Change Champion
  • Provide primary interface with customers, via video, phone, email, and live web chat
  • Exercise excellent business judgment to determine additional support as needed or escalation as required
  • Perform customer discovery and recommend appropriate associated products including other brand solutions
  • Resolve customer issues, questions, and complaints in a professional and collaborative manner
  • Must demonstrate initiative to improve professional skills and department processes
  • Quote generation, presentation follow-up and closure per procedure

 

  • Converting prospect to customers

 

  • Other duties as assigned to support overall sales objectives but may not be limited to the above list

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

  • Daily, weekly, and monthly KPI review
  • Reports – Daily, weekly, Monthly sales reports
  • CRM usage – enter all quotes, new contacts/customer management in database, sales pipeline, account plans, and general sales activity management in system

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and business acumen with a customer centric focus and urgency to obtain strategic objectives.
  • Professional communication skills, written and spoken English, including correct usage of grammar and sentence structure and appropriate professional messaging and tone
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

 

  • General computer skills, including a solid working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Teams, PowerPoint
  • Excellent presentation skills and social selling experience (ex. LinkedIn)

 

  • Experience with a CRM system preferred
  • Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift 0-40 pounds

Education and/or Experience:

  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a technology related B2B business
