Bacon Wilson, P.C., of Springfield, MA. is seeking candidates for a full-time commercial real estate paralegal position in our Commercial Finance Practice Group.
Prior legal experience handling real estate closings is required.
While prior experience with commercial transactions and commercial financing is preferred, transferable experience will be considered.
The successful candidate will be involved in document drafting and review and due diligence, and must also be able to independently manage files in a deadline-oriented, high-volume, atmosphere, handle significant client contact, and work with all levels of attorneys and staff.
