- 8am – 5pm, Some travel & Cotravel meet business partners etc., travel comp days, evening events etc. – Travel around 10-20%
The Associate Marketing Manager will manage, under the direction of the Director Marketing Clinical NA, select products within the Clinical SBUs in accordance with the strategic plan for North America. Essential Functions:
- Demonstrate complete knowledge of the products
- Work with direction from the Director Marketing Clinical NA to introduce new products into the market, from product inception to delivery into the market
- Assist in managing the life cycle of products within the SBU according to the strategic plan for North America
- Work directly with GBU counterparts to execute company initiatives within the subsidiary
- Develop and implement integrated marketing plans, with the Director of Marketing Clinical, to achieve sales rolling forecast while keeping expenses below budget
- Report marketing activities and resulting sales for each product within the SBU as required
- Work effectively with the Marketing Communications Department to complete campaigns, promotions, digital assets & literature
- Coordinate advertising/media plans and public relations for SBU with Marketing Communications department
- Develop, analyze and report on market research data for each SBU
- Work with Director of Marketing – Clinical NA to develop pricing strategies for products within the SBU
- Present content relative to products within the SBU to customers and internal stakeholders as required
- Work with education department to support ICDE courses and internal training initiatives for products within the SBU
- Align with Clinical Sales team on sales strategies through the development of marketing and education tools
- Work with the Director of Marketing Clinical to engage with distributors and external partners to align and implement strategies for products within the SBU
- Assist in departmental and corporate activities, as requested, to complete the corporate plan
- Performs other related duties as required
Qualifications:
- Four-year degree (BS or BA) in Marketing, Management, or related field
- 3-5 years prior product management experience preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Solution-oriented & innovative thinking skills
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite required
- Ability to travel, including international travel
